Sources say a new cast will voice the characters for the upcoming season.

The cyber-like anime appearance remains with glitching cut shots (and seemingly, 2 new characters) to mimic the current digital age of hackers; implying that spies similar to Disney’s Kim Possible, can do these 3rd party actions. The 2D animation was once much flatter and less detail was used for characters and background scenery.

Certainly worth the wait.
The updated characters will be modernized to fit the day one fans and newcomers. The digital nature appears to be cleaner, fresher and has a high definition finish with exceptional storytelling quality.
